Gift Certificates

NB Web Express Gift Certificates are always the perfect fit. They can be purchased with a valid credit card by calling Customer Care department at 3170 9332 (English) or 3170 9333 (Cantonese). At this time, Gift Certificates can only be sent electronically via email.

All Gift Certificates include a personalized message and are sent to the designated email address immediately after purchase. Gift Certificate purchases are processed separately from other items in your shopping cart. Please keep in mind that your order confirmation is your receipt.

Gift Certificates are redeemable for merchandise at NBwebexpress.com.hk only. Upon redemption, any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash or other Gift Certificates. If the purchase total exceeds the Gift Certificate amount, the difference must be paid using a credit card.

Expires one year from date of purchase.

Gift Certificates should be treated like cash. They will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proper proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review Gift Certificates and orders for suspected fraud, certificates mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or other violations of Gift Certificate policies.
