Returns and Exchanges

At NB Web Express, every In-stock item is backed 100% by our Perfect Fit money-back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any In-stock item you purchase within 7 days after receiving your order, NB Web Express offers FREE Returns and Exchanges services.

In-stock Items:

Please contact Customer Care by calling 3170 9332 (English) or 3170 9333 (Cantonese) as soon as possible to arrange the pick-up of your return package within Times Logistics service area at no charge to you.

If you return it by mail, we will give you total of $30 store credit per order. Please ship your return item(s) to:

Special Order Items:

We will gladly special order any out of stock products from our warehouse in the United States without any additional shipping charges. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any special order items. If an item is special ordered it will be noted in red within your Shopping Cart.

Important Notes:

  • Our return address is not a retail location, all returns must be shipped. No drop-offs please.
  • All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Should there be a difference in value on your exchange, either a credit or charge of the difference will be issued to the original form of payment used on the original purchase.
  • In the event of any inconsistencies between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
