Shipping and Delivery

NB Web Express offers fast shipping and great service to all customers within Hong Kong. We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $500 and orders under $500 ship for $30.

Once your shipment is en route, we will send you a confirmation email. Your package will be sent via Times Logistics or Hong Kong Post depending on the service area, and should arrive in 1-3 business days. However, if your item(s) has been "Special ordered", it typically takes approximately 10-15 business days to complete processing and delivery. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us at 3170 9332 (English) or 3170 9333 (Cantonese) and one of our Customer Care Agents will assist you.

We also offer FREE RETURN SERVICE on your purchase should your product not meet expectations. Please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy for more details.

  • Special order items are not eligible for our free return service.
  • Times Logistics and Hong Kong Post do not deliver on Sunday, public holidays, when the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, or when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted.
  • In the event of any inconsistencies between the English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
